I have successfully install the VM with the OVA template, everything is up and running great LDAP included…
However I seem to have Next Cloud Hub 18.0.6-0 , install and only need Next Cloud Files
I don’t need the mail or talk feature… can I get Next Cloud Files as a stand alone…?
I did find Seafiles and installed that App and it is more streamlined and geared for file sharing…

Why don’t you just deinstall the apps you don’t like? They are all completely decoupled from the Nextcloud Core and can be removed safely (Click on your avatar in the top right, go to “Apps” and uninstall Talk, Mail and so on).
It’ propably just bundled to demonstrate the huge ecosystem and possibilities, but noone forces you to keep the apps
Ok, not seeing an apps choice with the next Cloud Hub
in the Univention, there is no choice to uninstall any other Apps besides the Next Cloud Hub

You need to login with a user that is member of the admin group to manage apps
