Next cloud 25.0.1 project function cannot enable

Hi guys I meet a problem, according the next cloud user‘s menu，like this：

I can create a project when I open a file/folder share sidebar with a option like this：

In fact my share sidebar is look like this：

Could someone tell me what happened and how to enable it？thanks！
My next cloud version is 25.0.1

Projects do not exist anymore in NC 25. Instead there is something like “related ressources”.
