Nexcloudpi and Fulltext search

Hi

I’m am quite new to all this. I have got everything set up pretty up to where I want it.

I would like to have fulltext search working. I have tried for several hours to get it going. I installed everything via the app store including the ElasticSearch servlet.

But it just does not work. When I try curl localhost:9200

I get: curl: (7) Failed to connect to localhost port 9200: Connection refused

Does fulltext work with Nexcloudpi ?

and if so, any suggestions for me?

Getting the apps from the NC appstore is only the “NC-part” of things. You will need a full-fledged install of ElasticSearch on some other host, where you will point your servlet to. Did you dio that?

If not, you probably don’t want to try to install ES on the RPi itself, as it consumes quite an amount of resources (RAM, CPU - but mostly RAM) and it needs Java installed.
