I update nextcloud to 19.0.2
The talk app was not compatible.
I install talk 9.3 with no error but there is no talk icon in interface menu.
Can anyone help me.

Not really helping you out, but just documenting my experience.
I updated nextcloud to 19.0.2
The talk and radio app were not compatible.
I checked apps and only radio app was disabled.
I have talk app icon visible.
However, something was not right as it told for me too that the Talk app was not compatible.
I have Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS

Go to your admin settings in application. Search for talk and activate it.
