Summary of the issue you are facing:
When adding a new user, the email field is not being saved after user is sucesfully created. I have a message log: “wrong language“ but the user is created succesfully and with an empty email-field. However, I can manually edit the user details by adding an email address
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

create the user (fill in all the mandatory fields, including email-address)

load user details
-
no email is shown for the newly created user
