I have been searching and can’t find jsut some basic advice on how things should be setup for AutoUpload. (I know there appear to be some current issues, but struggling to see what is an issue, vs expected is difficult).
First, thanks to this community I was able to get my server setup without much issue!
I have updated my phone a few times and have been letting google update/download/do whatever it wants and it appears now that the folder structure might be pretty screwed on my phone. As such there are like 20 folders that show up, 4 for “camera” alone (this does trigger my OCD a bit). I want to basically “group” those for upload and point the 4 “Camera” folders to the same /InstantUpload/Camera folder for example. Is this the best way to handle this?
I tried with one, but now I appear to have duplicates and I am not sure if I should just delete the files, clear out the whole AutoUplaod and start over (not sure how I clean the DB of what is done or not). Or if there is a better way.
One thing I guess I could connect to the phone and do some re-arranging there and consolidting so it makes more sense! I think some of the folders were created coming from a phone with a SD to one without and using samsumg sync (that is my guess).
I also have the issue with not being able to browse folders to add to Photos, I will search again and see what to do there or just want for the server update to fix that!
