New User Creation - No field for Email

So, I am moving from owncloud to Nextcloud. But I see a major change in the user creation window as in Nextcloud we don’t have a column to enter the email id of the user.

Is there a way where the administrator can populate the email id’s of every user in the system.

Please help because without emails, the cloud system is of no use.

umm what is an email-id? something like a common emailaddress?

of course you can enter emailaddresses to/for users. look under “users” (upper left corner, setting wheel)
