Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response

  • Use the preformatted text formatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output.
  • If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
    • If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
  • Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.

well… it seems to be a problem cause by their setup. so why not contacting them about the problem?

a blank screen implies a wrong webserver setup, usually.

so either your setup has changed or their step-by-step how-to got changed.

I still think if you used an external source to get your stuff up why not asking them at first place?
In the end you expect someone from here going through their script and find the problem.

What have you tried?

php -m

php -i

Restarting Apache/mod_php?

Etc.

Thanks for all the replies, I took the easy way out and rebuilt the system and it works fine now
