Network Error 203 from Desktop client on one server but not the other

So i installed 2 separate servers this week using identical versions of Ubuntu, aapanel, mysql, nginx etc, one of them is generating the following error in the desktop app. the other is not.

I am using the latest version of nexct cloud and the nextcloud client

  1. Is the Web UI functioning on both? Uploads and downloads both function?
  2. If you can’t see your logs from the web UI, then either you’re missing a critical element of setting things up or you’re browser ad block is impacting things. Also you can always access your log directly. It’s named nextcloud.log
  3. Post the output of occ config:list system
  4. Is a reverse proxy involved?
  5. Please go to Administration settings->Overview and confirm whether you have any setup errors or warnings
