If you’re urgently looking for support to keep your business running, consider checking out our paid support options.

In order to help you as quickly as possible, before clicking Create Topic please provide as much of the following as you can (you can cut and paste this into your topic):

Nextcloud version (eg, 10.0.2): 12.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 16.04): QTS 4.3.3
PHP version (eg, 5.6):
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?: Just installed Nextcloud on a QNAP

Can you reliably replicate it? (If so, please outline steps):

HTTP-header “X-Frame-Options” er ikke satt opp lik “SAMEORIGIN”. Dette kan være en sikkerhetsrisiko og vi anbefaler at denne innstillingen endres.

“Strict-Transport-Security”- (Streng transportsikkerhet) HTTP-hodet er ikke satt opp til minst “15552000” sekunder. For forbedret sikkerhet anbefales det å skru på HSTS som beskrevet i våre sikkerhetstips.

The issue you are facing:
I’m trying to fix this problem, but I’m a totally newbie regarding this. I do not know how to edit these files etc. I do now how to SSH into my QNAP, but I’m not sure to find the right files that I need to be configuring though.
I’m more of a user that likes to look at the screen, and find the file, but when I’m working in SSH environment I’m totally blanc.

I’m also facing a problem regarding e-mail themes, can’t seeme to find the themes I can use for describing new users what rules etc that needs to be followed to use my nextcloud server.

I want to use CRON, but that doesn’t seem to work. It says I need to have som parameters in some file, but cant seem to find the file either:(:disappointed_relieved:

I would love some help, a step by step instruction list of what to do would be much appretiated.

Dont know how to find this:frowning:

Sorry for my incompetence, but I will try to learn and become better in this.

Hello, I am not familiar with QMap NAS and their Linux version but as far as I know they support only an older version of owncloud (8.x something) officially. The better way to play around with Nextcloud would be to set up a native Linux System e.g. Ubuntu with LAMP stack and Webmin and you’re ready to explore.

Yes thank you, when I have time on my hands that might be a great idea to learn the basics and the system, but as of now I don’t have the time to experiment, and would like to fix the issues I have.

F.eks.
The PHP file the error are referring to - do you know where to look for it? Wich PHP file am I supposed to edit in this situation?
php.ini??

For cron, if you have any problem with the cron settings, you may try webcron like easycron.

Ok, thank you. I will try this if I cant get my own CRON to work.

I’m still trying to adjust the CRONTAB file, but it seems to re-adjust all the time and I can’t seem to understand why it does that. I’ve followed a tutorial on QNAP WIKI, that clearly states that you need to SSH and edit the CRONTAB with an editor to prevent that from happening, but sadly it still go back to the original file.
