Need freelancer for small job "error Deleting files..."

I have a debian box running Docker with nextcloud. I moved the data over to a larger drive and ran docker-compose from that drive. I copied the data over and some workstations resynched.
Now I am getting an error on some dir/files “error deleting files…” I have tried clearing the oc_file_locks in the mariadb but doesn’t seem to work as well as adding a ‘filelocking.enabled’ => false, to the config.php I’ve tried and don’t know what to do next. Not sure if installing redis will resolve but seems like a good thing to do. Are u able to help?
