Hi. I have the same problem starting from 2 days ago⌠For me no kind of messages, just a cloudfare page with the host error. My server is liv.nl.tab.digital⌠Other works.
I cannot communicate with tab.digital, itâs frustratingâŚ
I have no personal experience with tab.digital and donât want to bad-mouth them or make any accusations here.
That said, in general, anyone can set up a bunch of Nextcloud instances and offer them as a service. If such a provider experiences outages, loses data, or even goes bankrupt (which has happened before with other providers) â and you suddenly canât access your data â neither the Nextcloud GmbH nor anyone here in the forum can help you.
Also, with many of these providers, especially, but not only, the free or very low-cost ones, you often canât expect much, if any, support.
And the following applies to all SaaS providers, even the big names like Microsoft or Google:
You should always keep a local backup of your data. And I donât just mean the synced folder on your computer, I mean a proper, regular backup stored on a separate NAS or external drive.
This way, youâll still have access to your data if anything happens to that provider. Also, switching to another provider becomes much easier if youâre no longer happy with your current one.
Nobody, my only attempt was here. I just waited 4 daysâŚ
My advice - as bb7 said - is to made regular backups and get a secondary account on a different working instance of nl.tab.digital⌠or pay, of course.
I found a possibility to contact them and send a support ticket via https://tab.digital. They answered me within an hour and fixed it. Thanks anyway for the quick reply
