Ncp Backup Error - sudo account expired

Hello,
I have problem during the backup procedure in my ncp instance.
Days bevor I try to get SSH running and I changed the root password with the SSH formula in ncp.
Has it something to with this?

Thank you for your help

[ nc-backup ] (Tue Mar 16 23:26:03 GMT 2021)
sudo: Account or password is expired, reset your password and try again
sudo: no tty present and no askpass program specified
sudo: unable to change expired password: Authentication token manipulation error
Error reading data directory. Is NextCloud running and configured?

Most likely yes, if everything was working before.
I’d try setting a new ssh password, some characters are not allowed, and if ncp does not report “successfully changed password”, the password is not changed.
Check /var/log/ncp.log

I’m able to change the root password in the SSH Menu. But when I press backup this text appear:

sudo: Account or password is expired, reset your password and try again
sudo: no tty present and no askpass program specified
sudo: unable to change expired password: Authentication token manipulation error
Error reading data directory. Is NextCloud running and configured?

Not enough info. system details or logs?
Can have a look at https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-manage-linux-password-expiry-with-the-chage-command/
Although I have never had the need for it.

My output of

sudo chage -l ncp
