Nclood server missing Share link to create a public link

The issue you are facing:
I paid for a subscription for NextCloud and OnlyOffice. OnlyOffice is on the server https://nclood.zaclys.com/. On this server, while I click Share on a file or folder, the option Share link is missing. This is the case for every folder and file I tried.

Prior to subscribing, I created a free account on https://ncloud4.zaclys.com/. On this server, the option Share link is available.

Is there a reason that nclood doesn’t have the Share link option?

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Login to https://nclood.zaclys.com/. Click Files
  2. Click the Share icon next to Documents
  3. There is no Share file link

First you should check the share settings of your server and make sure that the share function hasn’t been disabled in the configuration. (Settings > Adminstration → Share).
IF that doesn’t help you should contact the support of the provider and ask why the function is not available in their offer.
