Hey, is this happening on all conversations or just on some?

I was able to reproduce this issue, we‘ll take a look!
Please note that nextcloud 22 is not supported anymore for community, so you should look at upgrading

It happens on all conversations,

I think of upgrading the server but I’m no sure that can solve the issue.

Version 17.1.1 as been approved by apple and released. This should fix the issue you were seeing.

Great! I’m really appreciate.

Hi, one of our users has the same issue. Removed talk app from an iOS 16.7 iphone that had the same issue, then installed the latest Talk 17.1.1 version, and issue is still occurring.

Server is v 26.0.1.

When talk opens it closes again.

Hope you can have another look at it for us.

Kind regards,

Directly when opened or when trying to open a conversation?
Please take a look if there’s a crash log on the device

We are having this issue, too, with version 17.1.1. For my users, it when the user clicks on a conversation. The may load then the app crashes a few seconds later, or the app crashes on the click. Hard to determine the precise steps to replicate, except that the app always crashes.

See above
And also add details about server in case there’s a exotic configuration

yes, there is a crash log. Is that a file that contains sensitive data?

The server is nextcloud hub 3 (25.0.10). It is currently running on PHP 7.4.33, but we plan to migrate to PHP 8 in the next seven days after resolving some dependencies.

TURN is enabled for Talk.
