Does anyone have experience with backing up the Nextcloud server including database(mounted on different drive), and Ubuntu 20.04 install on a Windows 10 with WSL2?

For example like an image so if it all goes T*** up i can restore it to its previous state with a quick re-image?
My NC server is installed on C drive however my data folder is mounted on a separate drive.
If my NC instance went wrong, or corrupted for whatever reason I would like to be able to back the whole thing up to another drive for a quick and easy return to the last point where everything was good.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
