The issue you are facing:

Notification indicating update for Collabora Online is available. When I click on link I get a blank page

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Click on Notification
  2. Click on link for Collabora Online update 3.7.14 in Notifications (blank page)
  3. Select Collabora Online from list of Active Apps
  4. Click on View in Store link
  5. Page timesout.

Started working. Now updated app.
