My filter view is not working. Am I doing something wrong?

I have a question about the filter settings for a table

I would like to display a view in which only the last changed rows are listed. So that the others can see what happened last

The table is shared with about 10 people and if someone changes something or makes a new entry, this should be listed in the view. The screenshot shows my last attempt. The columns are all selected. What am I doing wrong. Does anyone have a hint for me or is it a bug? (NC 29, Tables app latest)

Does your filter make sense?
The time your rows were last edited is always smaller or equal now. Except you expect edits from the future…
