Must Create Flow rule on Each user !?

Good Morning All
i Have Question ?!
After i Configure Flow and its work good after i edit files convert to pdf !
But when i open another user there is no flow created !! How ?!

  • How can i make Flow From Admin account and its created on all user !

I’m pretty sure Flows are user based but don’t find references now…

That is meen every user must make his own flow right ?!

Yes I think so. Most likely not every user needs exactly the same Flow…
