Greetings,
I am trying to have a shared folder (to external users, not NC users) that has 2 purpose: One user can upload and download. All others only download.
There was a time I remember I has an option like Add an other share or an other link… cant rem,ember now. But now I dont seem to understand or find the way to have different people having different permission to the same folder.
Can someone help me with this?

You can get as much share links as you press the “+” button.
Then you can edit the access rights per link

could you please tell me where is the ‘+’ sign to use?
Beside the + top left to add a folder or other operations, I dont have a ‘+’ to add a share
I think you mean the + that says add a new link… but I dont have that! (see snapshot.
ok, nevermind 
I just noticed I could scroll down. and is there now.
