Hopefully you have shell access. You can install the linux command ncdu. Start with the command at a high level of your linux file system. The directories are sorted from max to min size. Maybe you find the videos. Alternative use the command find. Post details. Are they really gone? Post the directory tree to the videos and compare with your Nextcloud config config/config.php.

Have you really use Nextcloud functions and/or WebDAV or have you copy it manually. Have you seen the videos in Nextcloud?

ok, so i should say i am running nc in a container with Startos running on a headless unit. i am not a programmer, but i can get around cli with help. i am able to ssh into it and it already has ncdu installed apparently. however, it returns
home/start9 ---------------------------------------------------------------
4.0 KiB [###########] .bashrc
4.0 KiB [###########] /.ssh
4.0 KiB [###########] .profile
4.0 KiB [###########] .bash_logout
0.0 B [ ] .sudo_as_admin_successful

in order to do anything in nextcloud i have to run
udo podman exec -it nextcloud.embassy bash
but when in that bash shell there is no ncdu or even apt commands.

i can tell you that yes i have interacted with the files on nc when they were there. they were there. my nextcloud now has less than 100g when it used to have about 600g. so they are gone from nextcloud files, but i think they are still on the drive somewhere because the os monitor dashboard still shows 3971g on there

also, in the nc bash i was able to run the occ files:scan and reindex commands, but they did not fix my issue

can you help me figure this out given these circumstances?
