We’re running Nextcloud 30.0.5 and I want to know if there is an app or a way to monitor a certain folder and then automatically copy new folders from there into a SharePoint location or even an SMB location at all ?

One idea is to use the workflow app to force activities on file activities. I think you should find examples searching this forum. Another way would be to create a script on the OS level and monitor a directory and force activities.
