Which general topic do you have

Just looking for some general guidance here, I am running Nextcloud Hub 3 (25.0.13) on an Ubuntu VM. I would like to transition to a new VM running Nextcloud AIO Docker. I have my data on a seperate/dedicated disk on the existing VM. I am also using Group Folders (just one folder). I don’t have that much data and not too many folders.
Given the version is so old I was thinking about just starting from scratch and manually moving data from old instance to new. I am curious though if I were to attach the existing data drive to the new instance if that could be made to work.
