Hi! I have owncloud-9.0.9 (stable). Can I do migration to NextCloud 10? I’ve read that it’s possibly from owncloud 9.0 to nextcloud 10.0 (see Migrating from ownCloud to Nextcloud).

Yes, that should be possible. You should then upgrade to NC 11 after that.
