Migrating ownCloud 10.0.7 to nextcloud

Hi together,

is there a way to migrate owncloud 10.0.7 to nextcloud?

there is only mentioned 10.0.2 and not my 10.0.7

Do you already have tried the migration?

Make sure you have a backup of all your files and the database, just in case…

Note

While we understand, that you want to migrate as soon as possible, we also don’t want to put your data at risk. Since we never know what ownCloud changes in a future release, we only allow migrations from versions that where released before our last maintenance release, so we can at least perform some basic migration tests, before you migrate your production instance.

If this is not working you could do a fresh install of NC 13 and re-upload(or move) your files or you have to wait for the upcoming Release of Nextcloud …

Yes there is:
ownCloud 10.0.7 → Nextcloud 12.0.6

If you have shell access to your server I’d recommend to follow the instructions for a manual upgrade: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/12/admin_manual/maintenance/manual_upgrade.html
