Hi, we are upgrading from an older version (23.0.2) to a newer one (30.0.5).
we are not migrating the databse as the underlying OS version and db versions are very far apart.
we are syncronizing the users files with rsync (options -avzPAx) and after a files:scan this works, the users files, trashbin and versions are migrated correctly.
it doesn’t seem to be the case with groupfolders versions, it works for the groupfolders files, the groupfolder trashbin but not the groupfolder versions.
does anybody has a workaraound to migrate the groupfolders files versions?

yes - do it right and upgrade all the way and perform server migration.
