Mia.nl.tab.digital not responding

I am unable to connect to mia.nl.tab.digital (not even ping it). I can ping nl.tab.digital but that is not where my account is hosted.
Is this a fatal loss or is it temporary (there was a time when it disappeared for a short while once before)?

What’s the deal with nl.tab.digital? I noticed in researching that there seem to be several different sites with various names in from of nl.tab.digital (for example mark.nl.tab.digital is responding to pings).

Until I get around to self-hosting I’ve been using a free account (you get what you paid for…) and need to synchronise several devices over my cloud account.

For those on a free plan, that says support is here - e-mail support is only provided to those who pay for a plan…

Oh, seems you’re right, it looks like there’s no actual support for free accounts. Then you were probably right, you get what you pay for. :wink:

Have you tried again in the meantime? I can access mia.nl.tab.digital via browser and the ping works too…

Interesting. I can ping the IP address but not the domain name. Earlier I did try disabling pi-hole that I also have on the network just in case. So looks like it’s might be a DNS issue. Thanks for that info.

Perhaps not important:
It looks like tab.digital uses the same IP and therefore probably the same reverse proxy for a large number of its Nextclouds such as mia.nl.tab.digital, kai.nl.tab.digital or nc.nl.tab.digital. However, this is often the case with other hosters.

What I don’t like is the much too large and square advertising banner on every public share. Maybe someone from tab.digital is reading this and can change it. Also on the share for the banner share. :wink: Greetings to admin@nc.nl.tab.digital.
