Since the update to nextcloud 13, passman generates a message in the log:

Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/nextcloud/apps/passman/personal.php:1) at /var/www/nextcloud/lib/private/AppFramework/Http/Output.php#69

It’s a known and fixed problem (PR#415), but a fixed version is not yet released.
