Summary of the issue you are facing:

when I logon I see a message:

Activeer de server-encryptie in de beheerdersinstellingen om de encryptiemodule te kunnen gebruiken.

If I logon to admin, navigate to Administration settings / Security I see encryption is not enabled:

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Logon to nextcloud from a browser

How do I remove or hide the message

You want to use server-side encryption?

So you store your data on untrusted external storage? This was/is the concept behind the server-side encryption module to protect data that is on 3rd-party storage providers. See the orange box in the documentation:

Since your title was “message encryption”, I am not sure if you are referring to chat messages or something or just the error message you obtained.

I close read the documentation. The exact message I see is not mentioned.

This is the one in english
" No encryption module loaded, please enable an encryption module in the app menu. "

It references “encryption module” without stating what is means.
Searching in apps for “encryption module” does not yield any results.

What is an “encryption module”? how is it loaded? what is meant by “the app menu”?
