The Basics

  • Nextcloud Server version (e.g., 29.x.x):

    • 30.0.4
  • Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 24.04):

  • Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Yes / No):

    • Y
  • When did this problem seem to first start?

    • Just noticed while changing transcoding settings
  • Installation method (e.g. AlO, NCP, Bare Metal/Archive, etc.)

Summary of the issue you are facing:

Memories thinks there is an issue with indexing/cron. I ran occ memories:index with no issues. Does not update in webUI.

Don’t know if this is a coincidence but I see this info in logs for the first time:

FORMATTED:

[no app in context] Info: Slow session operation session_start detected
	GET /index.php/apps/files/preview-service-worker.js
	from 192.168.1.1 by -- at Jan 7, 2025, 2:58:06 PM

RAW:

Issue has resolved itself, I tried all sorts of occ commands to no avail. Woke up this morning and all is well!
