Summary of the issue you are facing:
When I try to assign a face from the Unassigned faces, it shows an error:
Failed to move 26-02-15 19-05-26 9.jpg from face.
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):
- Memories tab > People > Unassigned faces > Select a face > Move selected photos to person > Select a person > Move

Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response
