To me the “done” tag seems a bit useless, it just behaves like any other tag, except that it’s available by default. Or is there something more to it?
I think I’ll just ask my colleagues to archive done tasks instead of marking them as done. If you see any drawbacks to working this way, I’d love to read your experiences.
archiving a task is like hiding from your current view.
Adding the status done is useful for filtering. It is independant from the list it belongs too.
