Manage rights of the users "homefolders"

Hi,

it is nice to set up shares for users with permissions. But unfortunately there is a “homefolder” for every user and every user has generally ALL permissions of this homefolder, e.g. sharing files what I want to regulate and restrict because of european privacy rules. Is it possible for me as admin to revoke rights in these homefolders? If at least this “add”-button can be deleted per user, everything would be fine for me.

I could use this function too.

The problem is, that every user can share a lot of files or folders in other users home directory.
