I share folders of images with friends with the link. By default, the link opens the folder in tree view. Afterwards I can change to gallery view with to button on the top right of the page. However, it would be great that the link opens de gallery view by default. Is it possible to configure it somehow?

Yes: Open the link and click on the gallery view button. Afterwards you can share the changed URL with your friends.
It’s that simple, but it took me a while to discover it

in my case, the shared link url does not change if I click on the “gallery view” button… therefore I cannot send a link for a “galery view” by default.
