I would like to know if it is possible to have Hyperlinks in the Main Menu.

If i am an administrator and i have different users created, could i set which user/users could use a hyperlink/hyperlinks/different hyperlinks or not?
Should be possible.
Create user groups, add users to it and assign one or more groups to an external link.
