MacOS Client stuck syncing files

Hello together,
since a couple weeks now, my client says that a couple of files could not be synced and states that there should be more information below, but there aren’t any.

Already searched for the log file, but this one can’t be found.

What to do now?

Cheers,
Luca

This one you mean?

If it is just a handful of files, you could just place them outside the sync folder, then try to get the whole Nextcloud folder synced that it does not show any problem. Then you can start to copy back a single file and check how the client reacts. Just in case you have important modifications, perhaps copy all the changes to a USB drive, and disconnect it from the computer afterwards. Just in case an older version gets overwritten from the server.

Thank you for the link!

Is there anything I could search for?
The only warning that I get is:

2025-09-04 23:37:25:716 [ warning default qrc:/qml/src/gui/tray/NCProgressBar.qml:16 ]:	qrc:/qml/src/gui/tray/NCProgressBar.qml:16:17: QML QQuickRectangle: The current style does not support customization of this control (property: "background" item: QQuickRectangle(0x600000e71260, parent=0x0, geometry=0,0 0x0)). Will try to do your recommendation above.

Thank you

If you look through the logs for one of the files failing, perhaps it shows you a bit more details why it failed.

Sadly the log does not state anything wrong besides the two errors above.

I could think that this may be an UI bug.
Syncing seems to work now, don’t know what I did…
