macOS client freezes when trying to access Settings

I’ve been having this issue for a while now, I thought upgrading to macOS 12.4 would make it go away but I’m still unable to access the Settings of my nextcloud desktop client. I tried all version from the current 3.5.1 down to 3.0, but the issue persists.

Nextcloud version: 3.5.1
Operating system and version: macOS 12.4

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Start macOS nextcloud client
  2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown
  3. Client freezes, has to be force quit through Activity Monitor

Having the same issue and it is really really annoying. Same macOS and Client versions, running on a MacBook Pro M1.
