Low privilege account for Enabling Users

"Hello everyone,

I’m currently in the process of setting up my Nextcloud for my own company. I run a company with 100 users, and I’m looking to add an extra feature. I need the ability for a low-privilege account to have the capability to enable or disable users during the new user registration process.

I’d greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter as my team and I are aiming to release this within the next couple of days.
