Looking for self hosted support provider

We release nextcloud to our enduser for trial run and now on staging. They prefer self hosted rather than use subscription. I looking for any company can provide self hosted server support, major focus on system backend issue for install/upgrade/config.

Hi.

Is this enterprise licensed or the community version?
If the customer is willing to pay for support, then rather subscribe to the enterprise version which includes support from Nextcloud GmbH themselves, plus adds high availability and loadbalancing solution setup - hosted and operated anywhere by the customers own choosing (including fully on-prem).

client prefer full control and not want data store in third party. We using community edition

Maybe you can give a few more details such as number of users, your business, … It would also be interesting to know which country you come from. Even if we can’t help you then. But maybe we can give you a few valuable tips when searching.

user range 30-100. Business type: manufacrue. Country Regional Asia. Native Language Chinese/English. The support service no need work with end user. Just handle Nextcloud backend issue.

I sent you a DM

We host NC and earlier Owncloud for multiple users on our own servers. With Office, Talk and Chat servers behind. The servers are in NL and we do not use servers outside EU.
If that is what is asked for, give a reply.

Dear Hendrik,
I looking for backend support, Seem different of your provide information.
thanks

Listen. If you are willing to pay for a support option, I genually believes that you should buy in on an enterprise subscription. It will not change your self-hosting strategy. it will not change anything else than professional support and access to additional components, guides and other things very beneficial for you. It basically will provide what you are asking for.

Overall, it would be interesting to know how and from whom you can really get real administration in an on-prem installation. Let’s imagine, for example, that you have thousands of employees and an on-prem Nextcloud that cannot actually be administered from outside. Of course, you need someone to access it via VPN, for example. But I don’t know of any lists of companies that also administer on-prem Nextcloud. Actually, you only read about Managed Nextcloud, which is hosted by the provider and not on-prem.

@kaji is not looking for a managed agreement. He is asking for a support agreement. I would really like to know how support was and is, done today everywhere else, for on-prem stuff. Calling your ISP if the line is down, or your support channel for the enterprise OS agreement you have made, is rather void if it requires the support agent to be able to directly interact with the solution at all times.

Support can be provided, easily, whenever requested, and through an active engagement with support, access to environment can be established, if needed.
