Hey community,
we are looking for a Nextcloud Developer with hands-on experience working with the Nextcloud platform in production environments. This is a highly practical role, covering the full lifecycle: from architecture design and deployment to customization and ongoing support.
Responsibilities

Deploying and configuring Nextcloud (on-premises / cloud / hybrid)

Designing and maintaining architectures (standalone, HA, clustering)

Configuring and supporting key Nextcloud components (fIles, groupware, talk, office)

Performing upgrades, migrations, backups and monitoring

Optimizing performance and ensuring platform stability

Participating in PoC and enterprise deployments

Providing architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations
Requirements
-
2+ years of hands-on experience with Nextcloud

Strong understanding of Nextcloud architecture, tech stack (PHP, Web servers (Nginx / Apache), PostgreSQL / MySQL, Redis) and core components

Proven experience deploying Nextcloud in production environments

Solid Linux administration skills

Experience integrating LDAP / Active Directory / SSO solutions

Understanding of security best practices and upgrade processes
We offer a remote working option (as individual contractor status or contract, paid in your preferred currency). We build the platform from scratch with no legacy systems. You will have a direct impact on architectural decisions. The platform will be used by key government ministries and major banks across the country. You will closely collaborate with a CPO, system architect and domain tech leads.
