Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Nextcloud plugin developer to create a productivity control solution fully integrated with the Nextcloud ecosystem.

What we need in the plugin:

  • Employees can start a timer by selecting the task/activity they are working on.

  • Integration with Nextcloud Talk, Deck, and Files to link activities with conversations, tasks, and documents.

  • Option to choose from categories defined by the admin (e.g., “coffee break,” “internal meeting,” “Project X”).

:white_check_mark: Admin Features:

  • Dashboard with productivity metrics per employee.

  • Detailed reports (exportable to PDF/Excel).

  • Realtime tab: live view of what each employee is currently working on.

  • Category management and configuration panel.
