Login Nextcloud as localhost or use terminal and login the Raspberry Pi OS?
For Terminal-Login Username is pi and passwort depends on RaspberyOS-Version. Older Version default Passwort is raspberry on newer Version i think you must have had choosen your own one during installation routine of the OS.
Login with the terminal as root.
There is no default root passwort. Root is not active by default on Raspbery Pi OS. But user pi has sudo-privilegs. For pi-Passwort read above.
??
Take that:

Welcome to the forum.
I think this is answer:
After SSH-Activation you can use in addition to the WebUI also a terminal user interface (TUI) either via SSH or via terminal-logon with plugged in keyboard/display.
So there is no default login direct to the raspberry.
Right. After activation you may configure ssh access via webgui:4443
