Location of files on host system

I created a nextcloud local server using ubuntu server 18.04.06 LTS,
I don’t know where the files are stored on the host system.
I installed nextcloud from pre install software list during the ubuntu server install

I am using midnight commander and all the folders and files I see are mentioned below:

/…
/.cache
/.config
/.gnupg
/.local
.bash_logout
.bashrc
.profile
.sudo_as_admin_successful

I wanna know where the files are stored on the host system

You can find your files with the “locate” command on your server, but usually they were stored in the data folder of your Nextcloud instance.

I tried the locate command but I still do not see any files I stored on nextcloud on the host system

Found it!!!
had to go into root and then cd /var/snap/nextcloud/common/nextcloud/data
