Local and server files are out of sync but no oss on shared host

The issue you are facing:
My server and local files are out of sync. I deleted the files on the server but they still exist on the web ui. I cannot use the oss command on 1&1 shared host.

Please help. What are my options?

Limited. I don’t believe it will update automatically if you’re deleting data directly out of the data folder (hint: don’t do this).
