Linux Desktop Client hintergrund Farbe

Hi, is there any way to change the background color in the linux desktop client (Nextcloud Desktop-Client 3.12.1)?
Here on PopOS 23.10 the background is dark grey and the text is also dark grey. that is super anoying and i have no idea where these colors come from:

is there anything i can try?

EDIT: i am so used to dark mode that i did not even try to disable it… If the dark mode is disabled, the colors are correct and readable. (white background, dark text)
