Linear Scale in Forms

Hi,
I was creating a survey in nextcloud only to realize that there is no way I can create a linear option
Eg
Question: How would you rate today’s event?
1 - 5
1 being worst experience and 5 being the best experience
Now I had to manually enter the numbers on the dropdown menu, which is very different from Google Forms. Can you add that feature, please
