Hi, I am developing an application that I want to use license with EUPL 1.2, in this application I want to integrate Nextcloud which is licensed with AGPLv3. If I want to license the whole application, can it be with EUPL 1.2 or obligatorily it has to be with AGPLv3?
If I don’t modify the Nextcloud code, would it change the answer?
