Ledger of Changes?

Is there a way to access a “ledger of changes” to the calendar and its events?

I do receive the daily email notifications, yet they contain other activities in the nextcloud install, and some calendar changes/creations/deletes do not show up in the emails.

Is there something where one can check out all the changes that have happened to the calendar? User and datetime?
