After createing, renaming and saving a note and navigating away to another app I get a warning;
This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave — information you’ve entered may not be saved.
I never know what information it is refering to. I clicked the check button and all is saved. Is this a known bug?
this usually happens when a connection is temporarily is lost and the automatic transmission of the changes to the server failed. It can also happen when an authentication expires. If that is valuable information not to be lost, I’d double check on a different device, if the changes have been taken into account by the server.
After that it depends on the system, the apps, the browser, the connection. But just with authentication on a browser, it can help to authenticate and navigate on a different tab to verify this is ok. Then you can try to save the changes again.
Is there something I can do to make sure no changes are lost?
I don’t use the mobile client note app, so I don’t know. And you didn’t specify on which app or device you are having this issue.
