I’m using a centos7 virtual machine on a 2019 hyperv.
I followed the basic steps in the docs\tutorial for installation.
On the admin page under apps, ldap seems to be greyed out. I don’t seem to be able to activate this.
I’ve found following topic which seems the most relevant:
When I run the info.php with the <?php phpinfo() ?> command I do see that ldap is not a loaded module.
I can confirm that php-ldap is installed.
In the old nextcloud docs there was a suggestion to make sure selinux is working correctly:
setsebool -P httpd_can_connect_ldap on
This also didnt help.
I got the feeling I’m missing something dumb but I’m also quite out of idea’s. I have not yet changed anything about the configuration everything remains default.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
